WHATS YOUR DELIVERY POLICY?
We aim to gather and dispatch your items within 3–5 working days (this excludes weekends and Bank Holidays).
Once your order has left our realm, please allow up to 14 working days for your delivery to arrive at your sanctuary.
To ensure your items reach you as swiftly as possible, we utilize a network of distribution centres across the UK. Because of this, your treasures may occasionally arrive in separate parcels. If you open a box and something is missing, stay grounded—the rest of your magic is simply on a slightly different path and will be with you shortly.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We want every treasure from Black Cat Boutique to resonate deeply with your sacred space. However, we understand that sometimes the energy isn't a perfect match.
Your Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)
Under UK Consumer Law, you have a 14-day "cooling-off" period.
Notification: You must notify us at sales@bcboutique.net within 14 days of receiving your order that you wish to return it.
Return Window: Once you’ve notified us, you have a further 14 days to send the items back to our realm.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original, mystical condition and soul-intact packaging.
Refunds: We will refund the cost of the item plus the standard outbound delivery charge (£3.99 for most) within 14 days of receiving the goods back.
Return Shipping: Please note that the cost of returning the item to us is the responsibility of the sender and is non-refundable for "change of mind" returns.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Treasures
If a ritual tool arrives broken, faulty, or if the wrong magic was sent your way:
30-Day Right to Reject: Under the Consumer Rights Act, you have a 30-day window to notify us of any faults for a full refund.
Our Responsibility: In these cases, we will provide a full refund, including the cost of your original shipping and the cost of return postage. Please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

We are continuously committed to sustainability in the giftware and cosmetic market. We pride ourselves in our ethical sourcing of UK based manufacturers and importers. Dealing only with members of RSPO and POIG, we want to raise awareness of good palm oil among our customers and consumers so that they can make more informed purchase choices.
We attempt to minimise our plastic use and eco foot print by trying to only use paper, cardboard and biodegradable alternatives in our deliveries, which also includes reusing our cardboard boxes that we receive here at Black Cat Boutique HQ for our deliveries to you.
Please appreciate our efforts and support us by recycling where appropriate.
